New cafes, restaurants, wellness spaces and creative concepts to know.
Dubai never sits still. While you’re saving one new place, five more open across the city. Over the past few months alone, dozens of new projects have launched, so we picked the ones that impressed us the most.
Some we’ve already tested ourselves, others have been impossible to ignore because everyone keeps talking about them. Cafes, restaurants, wellness spaces, a skatepark, a beach club and even a new cinema: here’s what caught our attention this spring.
Yesterday
Avenue Mall, Nad Al Sheba Average price: AED 80–150
Built around vinyl records, hi-fi sound and a wood-fired oven, Yesterday combines a listening bar atmosphere with a modern pizzeria concept. Alongside Neapolitan classics, the menu experiments with less expected combinations, including Musakhan pizza and spicy honey with stracciatella.

CherryHouse
Matloob Bldg, 2A St, Al Safa 1 Average price: AED 40–90
Freshly roasted coffee beans travel across the entire space on an overhead belt system, turning the roasting process into part of the experience. Created by the team behind Saddle and Feels, CherryHouse brings together an in-house roastery, bakery and espresso bar under one roof. The concept puts coffee at the center, while the interiors make it hard not to look up and follow the beans moving through the space.

Warehouse 25, 4th St, Al Quoz Industrial 3 Average price: from AED 140
