A specialty coffee spot with locations in Jumeirah and Al Khawaneej, known for its community, outdoor seating and all-day breakfast options.
They serve specialty coffee, matcha drinks, smoothies, pastries and desserts, alongside sections like open toasts, buns & croissants, wholesome plates and sandwiches. Popular orders include the spinach tomato croissant, hojicha drinks and signature matcha specials.

An Indian coffee project built around specialty coffee, cacao and design, with a permanent two-floor space inside Alserkal Avenue. The ground floor combines a coffee bar and retail section with beans, chocolate and merch, while the second level works as a calmer space for food, work and long coffee sessions.
They also have a self-serve Batch Your Own Brew filter coffee station, a cacao room for workshops and their own bottled coffee drink called Jaago with espresso, oat milk and cane sugar. Subko also works directly with small farmers, helping them release and sell coffee through the platform.

Julith combines a roastery, brew lounge and social space in one minimal two-floor spot in Al Quoz. The project focuses on specialty coffee with different brewing methods, rotating beans and a slower coffee experience that made it popular quite quickly after opening.
Besides coffee, they also serve matcha, pastries and light food, while the space itself is often used for casual meetings, work sessions and small community gatherings.
Julith

Roasters is one of the biggest specialty coffee projects in the UAE, known for its huge coffee selection, brewing methods and beans sourced from different countries around the world. The menu covers everything from classic espresso drinks to rare single origins and experimental brews.
Most locations combine a coffee bar, retail shelves and large seating areas, so people come not only for coffee but also for work sessions and long meetings. They also hold a Guinness World Record for the largest coffee tasting cup.

Originally from London, Black Sheep built its concept around strong specialty coffee made with 100% robusta beans instead of the more common arabica blends. The menu focuses on bold espresso drinks, iced coffees and a straightforward coffee format that works well for quick stops during the day.
Alongside coffee, they also serve matcha, waffles, pastries and rotating seasonal drinks, but the main focus here stays on coffee first.

What started as a petrol station coffee stop slowly became one of the most reliable cheap coffee options in the UAE. A lot of people still rate Adnoc Oasis coffee above regular chain cafes, especially for road trips and late night drives.
The menu is simple with classic coffee drinks, karak, iced options and basic snacks. The main reason people keep coming back is the consistency, affordable prices and the fact that it is available almost everywhere across the country.

Located inside JLT Park, Splendour Fields combines a specialty coffee spot, deli and all-day breakfast space with lots of greenery and outdoor seating. People usually come here for coffee meetings, breakfast runs and slower daytime work sessions away from the usual mall cafes.
The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, fresh pastries, sandwiches, salads and rotating specials alongside specialty coffee and matcha drinks. They also have a weekday business lunch from 11 am to 5 pm with a two-course menu for AED 70 and a three-course option for AED 80.
