Terraces you still have time for

Hidden courtyards, beach terraces and villa cafes to visit before Dubai fully turns into summer mode
Before the heat takes over completely, this is probably the best moment to enjoy all the outdoor spots Dubai does really well — hidden garden cafes inside villas, beachfront terraces, marina corners and places full of greenery that barely feel like the city at all. Some are built around specialty coffee and breakfast, others around long lunches, desserts or simply sitting outside a little longer while the weather still allows it.

Right on Kite Beach with front-row sunset views, Morn Brew became a regular stop for people coming after workouts, beach walks or evening hangs by the sea. Specialty coffee, pistachio drinks and simple sandwiches keep the menu easy, while the outdoor seating gets especially busy once the kites start filling the sky before sunset.

Juntas

Average check: AED 70–120 per person

Inspired by the quieter side of the Portuguese countryside, Juntas feels completely detached from the city despite being only half an hour from Downtown. The villa-style space is filled with bookshelves, shaded outdoor seating, fresh pastries and specialty coffee, while the courtyard usually stays calm enough to read, work or spend a slow morning listening to birds outside.

Tomorrow Morning

Hidden between villas near DIFC, Tomorrow Morning keeps a quiet house-like atmosphere with outdoor seating under the trees and people sitting around for hours with laptops or coffee. Most first-timers end up trying the vanilla soft serve with caviar and olive oil after hearing about it online.

BRIX Cafe

Jumeirah Fishing Harbour

Overlooking the marina at Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, BRIX Cafe is one of the nicer spots for a slower evening by the water. People mostly come for specialty coffee, matcha and pastries, then stay longer watching boats and birds from the terrace. Their homemade pecan praline dessert already has a small cult following.

Kulture House

106 Jumeirah Street, Jumeirah 1

Part cafe, part concept store, Kulture House spreads across different villa rooms filled with perfumes, books, gifts and home pieces. The garden seating stays one of the calmest spots in Jumeirah 1, especially with coffee and their baklava cheesecake.

SOIL

Average check: AED 50–100 per person

SOIL is one of those easy Kite Beach spots people keep returning to after workouts, walks or beach days. The menu leans into protein shakes, matcha, gluten-free breakfasts and lighter food options, while the open-air seating stays packed during cooler months from morning coffee runs till sunset.
