Beach clubs for long lunches, pool days, sea views and weekends by the water.
Dubai does beach clubs better than almost anywhere else. Some are known for their restaurants, others for their pools, music or beachfront location. We’ve rounded up nine spots that locals and visitors keep coming back to, whether you’re planning a relaxed day by the sea or looking for somewhere to spend an entire afternoon with friends.
The 305
Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah
Inspired by Miami’s laid-back beach culture, The 305 stands out with its pastel colours, striped umbrellas and playful atmosphere. It feels noticeably different from many of Dubai’s luxury beach clubs, offering a more relaxed and casual setting right on Palm West Beach.
The menu leans towards American comfort food, while regular events and DJ sets keep the energy lively throughout the week.

Surf Club
Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah
Not exactly the place for a quiet beach day. Surf Club is best known for its weekend parties, sunset drinks and DJs that turn Palm West Beach into one of the city’s busiest social spots. Come for a swim, stay for a cocktail and don’t be surprised if your beach day turns into dinner plans.

Nikki Beach Dubai
Pearl Jumeirah, Jumeira 1
One of Dubai’s original beach club destinations, Nikki Beach combines a private stretch of sand, a large pool and several dining venues in a setting that feels more like a resort than a typical beach club. The white décor, palm-lined walkways and sea views have become part of its signature look.
The atmosphere stays fairly relaxed during the day, making it popular with both visitors and residents looking for a full beach day. Weekends tend to be busier, with live music, guest DJs and events that bring a little more energy to the venue.
Kyma is one of the calmer beach clubs on the Palm, with a more laid-back atmosphere than many of its neighbours. The space combines a beachfront pool, private beach access and a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, making it popular for long lunches that easily turn into an afternoon by the water.
Unlike party-focused venues, Kyma leans more towards slow beach days, good food and a slightly more grown-up crowd. If you’re looking for somewhere to read, swim and stay for lunch without loud music taking over the day, this is one of the better options on Palm West Beach.
If you’re already familiar with Nobu, this is essentially the beach club version of the brand. The menu focuses on its signature Japanese-Peruvian dishes, so many visitors come here as much for lunch as for the beach itself.
Unlike Dubai’s party-focused venues, the emphasis here is on food, design and a more polished atmosphere. It’s one of the few beach clubs where booking a table can make just as much sense as booking a sunbed.

Tagomago
Azure Residence, Palm Jumeirah
Inspired by the Balearic Islands, Tagomago stands out with colourful interiors, striped sunbeds and a menu built around Spanish and Mediterranean flavours. The atmosphere is playful and a little less polished than some of Dubai’s luxury beach clubs, which is exactly why many people like it.
Most visitors come for long lunches, sangria, seafood and an afternoon by the water rather than all-day parties. It feels more like a beach restaurant with sunbeds than a traditional beach club, making it a good option for a more relaxed day on the Palm.

La Cantine Beach
Delano Dubai, Bluewaters Island
A beach club on Bluewaters with a private beach, sunbeds and a Mediterranean restaurant. Less about parties, more about good food, swimming and spending the day by the sea. The location offers open views across the water, while the atmosphere stays calm even on busy weekends.

Drift Beach Dubai
One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai Marina
One of the most popular beach clubs in Dubai, Drift is known for its private beach, adults-only pool and views of the Marina skyline. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is consistently good and the crowd comes more for a beach day than a party.
The beach club is also home to a French-Mediterranean restaurant, so it’s easy to spend the whole afternoon here between the beach, the pool and lunch by the water.
A beach club and restaurant that arrived in Dubai from the French Riviera. People come here as much for lunch as for the beach, so don’t be surprised if the tables are just as busy as the sunbeds.
Expect Mediterranean food, sea views and a crowd that settles in for the afternoon. A good pick if you’re after a slower beach day with a proper lunch in the middle of it.
