Lisbon Pike is looking for a teammate for a key position for the future of the branch. This job is about communicating with business representatives in Lisbon, implementing advertising integrations, working in a creative international team, systematically managing clients, building long-term relationships, and selling Pike's services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Handle incoming requests for commercial integrations

  • Upsell, initiate, remind, brief

  • Convey the value of cooperation and handle objections

  • Build long-term win-win relationships with clients

  • Initiate outgoing requests and proposals

  • Coordinate the advertising with the clients — shooting dates, scenarios, editions, feedback

  • Maintain a database with all the clients

  • Collaborate with the Pike’s team — attending events and shootings (optionally), being in the cultural context of the city
WHAT WE EXPECT
  • English level: B2 at least. The knowledge of Portuguese is a cool (but not necessary) perk.

  • Communication skills — 10/10

  • To be familiar with the basic sales principles and strategies

  • The ability to negotiate clearly with the clients through different channels — email, phone, messengers.

  • Your active engagement during your working hours and bearing responsibility for the results.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • A remote, part-time job — 20 hours per week according the schedule you decide to work to

  • 550€ fixed salary + % from each deal
