Payment for the products offered by the Contractor, both full and partial payment, means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

1. Main conditions

1.1 It is not allowed to use the Website without the consent to the terms of the Offer.

1.2 Pike offers to use its Website to purchase Guides (hereinafter referred to as the "Products"). Description, cost, prices and payment methods for the Products are available at http://pike.digital/guides.

1.3 The Offer may be changed by Pike without any prior notice, the new edition comes into force from the moment of being posted on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new edition. The current version is always available at the following link at: http://pike.digital/guides. The User undertakes to carefully read the current version of the Offer when making each Order. If any changes have been made and the User does not agree with them, they are obliged to stop using the Website.

1.4 Pike reserves the right to restrict the User's access to the Website in case of violation of the provisions of the current applicable legislation or the terms of the Offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1 The subject of this Offer is to provide the possibility for the User to purchase the Products for personal needs – travel Guides presented on the Website.

2.2 This Offer is applied to all types of Products and services presented on the Website, as long as such offers with a description are published on the Website.

2.3 Posting Guides on the Website is not an advertisement of Pike products within the meaning of the provisions of the Advertising Law.

3. Payment for the Products

3.1 The price for the Products that are being sold on the Website is indicated in Russian Federation rubles.

3.2 The prices for the Goods are determined by Pike in a unilateral undisputed manner and are presented on the Website. The Product price on the Website can be changed by Pike unilaterally. At the same time, the price of the ordered Goods cannot be changed.

3.3 Pike has the right to provide discounts on Products and maintain a bonus program. The types of discounts, bonuses, the terms and conditions of bonuses accrual are determined by Pike independently and are indicated on the Website.

4. Links

4.1 External websites and third-party mobile applications may contain hypertext links to the Website. Such links should not be created without the prior express consent of Pike. Pike is not responsible for the unavailability of such websites and mobile applications, does not check their validity and quality and is not responsible for their content, i.e. advertising, products and other components available on such websites or via such mobile applications.

4.2 By posting a link to a Website on a social network, the Customer is obliged to comply with the rules of this social network and the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of violation of the rules of the used social network and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation, you are held liable in accordance with the current legislation.

4.3 The Website may contain links to external websites. Such links are intended solely for the Customer's convenience, and their presence on the Website is not in itself a recommendation for visiting them or any form of advertising. These websites and applications are independent from the Website, and Pike is not responsible for their content and for the consequences of visiting them and/or purchasing Products, works and services via such websites.

5. Absence of guarantees, limitation of liability

5.1 The User uses the Website at their own risk. Pike does not undertake any responsibility, including for the compliance of the Website content with the goals and intentions of the Visitor/User/Buyer.

5.2 Pike does not guarantee that the Website meets/will meet the requirements and expectations of the Visitor/User/Buyer; access to the Website is to be provided in an interrupted, quick, reliable and faultless manner.

5.3 Any information and/or materials that the Visitor/User/Buyer has access to when using the Website, the Visitor/User/Buyer can use it at their own risk and they are solely responsible for the possible consequences of using the specified information and/or materials. Pike does not compensate for the losses caused on the basis of any written applications in these cases.

5.4 All the Guides available for purchase are informational and understandable in their nature, they do not take into account the personal characteristics of the Visitor/ User/Buyer, so these persons use the Guides at their own risk. The content of Guides is created by the Contractor independently and is conditioned by the subjective professional perception of the Contractor.

6. Resolution of controversial issues

6.1 This Offer does not require the signing of a separate written document and is to be governed by the legislation of Russian legislation. All possible disputes regarding this Offer are to be resolved in accordance with the current Russian legislation.

6.2 All disputes arising between the Parties are to be resolved through negotiations. The parties have agreed that the claim (pre-trial) procedure for the settlement of disputes that have arisen as a result of the execution of this Offer is mandatory for them.

6.3 Claims under this Offer may be sent by the Parties via Telegram to https://t.me/stefan_tita, the link to which is indicated on the Website. The Parties agreed that the response time to the claim is no more than 10 working days.

6.4 In case the rights to access the Guide are transferred to a third party, there was a case of screen recording and other illegal actions, such a person is subject to all sanctions of the current legislation, in accordance with Chapter 70 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and a fine of up to 5,000,000.00 (five million rubles 00 kopecks) in accordance with Article 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

6.5 Visitor/User/Buyer has no right to publish information on websites and Internet resources that discredit the honour, dignity and business reputation of the Contractor and Pike, and which are associated with a subjective assessment. When publishing such information, the Contractor reserves the right to file a lawsuit for the protection of their honour, dignity and business reputation and in order to subsequently recover the amount of a fine of 1,000,000.00 (one million rubles) from the publisher. This amount is due to losses that the Contractor may incur due to the above-mentioned unfair actions.

7. Additional conditions

7.1 The Website may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other works carried out on it or for any other technical reasons.

7.2 If the court recognises the invalidity of any provision of this Offer, that does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.

Terms of acceptance of the Offer

Basic concepts

1.5 A User who is interested in the Products presented on the Website places an order by adding a Guide to their cart.

1.6 The order placement is carried out in accordance with the procedure specified on the Website. In order to purchase the Guide, the User fills in the e-mail data. After their payment, the purchased Guide is sent to the specified e-mail of the Buyer, so that the Buyer can view or download the Guide to their devices without the right to transfer it to the third parties.

1.7 Pike only uses the Buyer's email address to send the Guide, there is no processing of the Buyer's personal data. In this regard, the Buyer's consent to the processing of personal data is not required.

1.8 The User is fully responsible for providing incorrect information, which consequently resulted in the inability of Pike to properly fulfil its obligations towards the User.

1.9 Pike does not store the User's bank card data and does not process payments.

1.10 After sending the Product to the Buyer, the services are considered to be rendered in full, the funds are not subject to refund.

1.11 The Website contains copyrighted materials, trademarks and other legally protected materials, including, but not limited to texts, photos, graphic images, logos. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, edit, download, change, decompile, transmit or distribute in any form, on any information carriers whatsoever, any components of the Website in whole or in parts without obtaining the prior written consent of Pike.

1.12 In case of any permitted use of the Website materials or its components it is necessary to preserve the objects contained on the Website unchanged, including watermarks, labels and other official notices and indications of ownership of copyright and exclusive rights; it is prohibited to change anything from the above-mentioned, including for the purpose of destroying or changing any references to the copyright holder.

1.13 The use of Website elements without Pike's prior permission in any way and for purposes other than permitted by this Offer is illegal and may entail liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.14 Communication of Visitor/User/Buyer with Pike representatives should be based on the principles of generally accepted morality and communication etiquette. It is strictly prohibited to use obscene words, swearing, insulting expressions, as well as threats and blackmail, regardless of their form and to whom they were addressed.
